Job Role & Responsibilities:

Client Management & Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for all client reporting needs. Understand and translate client requirements into actionable reporting dashboards and insights. Present data-driven performance reviews and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders. Handle escalations, ad-hoc requests, and feedback independently.

Reporting & Data Management: Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for collections performance, agent productivity, and compliance metrics. Create dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other visualization tools for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports. Conduct root cause analysis on trends in collection effectiveness, non-contactable accounts, and payment behaviours.

Project Management: Drive reporting automation and process improvement initiatives across the MIS function. Manage cross-functional data projects, including implementation of new tools, reporting structures, or process changes. Prioritize tasks and coordinate with IT, Ops, and Client teams to ensure seamless execution of project

Desired Skills:

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 8+ years in MIS/reporting, with at least 2 years handling client communication and reporting for a collections or telecom process.

Tools & Technical Skills:

  • Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
  • Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
  • SQL (basic to intermediate level) Exposure to CRM/dialer systems used in telecom collections is a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders Effective time management and organization
