Job Description: Guest Service Associate

Location: PVR INOX Cinemas – Sector 84 & Sector 85, Gurgaon

Position Overview

PVR INOX is looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our cinemas in Gurgaon. The role involves guest handling, service coordination, ticketing support, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations while maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist them throughout their cinema experience.
  • Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support ticket booking counters and manage guest flow during peak hours.
  • Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, housekeeping, security) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at counters and public areas.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and service protocols.
  • Assist in auditorium checks before and after shows to ensure guest readiness.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role (cinema, hotel, restaurant, retail, or mall).
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Work Details

  • Location: Gurgaon – Sector 84 & Sector 85
  • Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Shifts: Rotational (including weekends & holidays)
  • Weekly Off: As per roster
