Job Title:

Sales Manager – Steel Industry (Pipes, Fittings, Boiler, and IBR-related Products)

Experience Required:

[Insert years, e.g., 5–10 years] in Sales within the Steel Industry, particularly in pipes, fittings, boiler, and Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR) products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional or national sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals and presentations, clearly communicating the value proposition of the company's steel products.
  • Negotiate and finalize profitable contracts with customers, ensuring long-term business growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Forecast sales and develop accurate sales pipelines to support strategic planning.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and executing corrective measures.
  • Manage pricing and credit policies in line with company guidelines.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, production, and customer service teams.
