Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced
DevOps Leader
with 17+ years of proven expertise in designing, implementing, and governing DevOps processes. The ideal candidate will lead build and release initiatives, establish CI/CD pipelines, and drive automation for scalable Java-based application deployments across
AWS
and
Azure
environments using
Docker
,
Kubernetes
, and
Terraform
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and define
    end-to-end DevOps strategies, processes, and best practices.
  • Establish and govern the
    Build & Release
    process for complex Java applications.
  • Design and maintain robust
    CI/CD pipelines
    using
    Jenkins
    (Scripted & Declarative).
  • Manage containerized applications using
    Docker
    and orchestrate using
    Kubernetes
    .
  • Architect and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure on
    AWS
    and
    Azure
    .
  • Implement and manage
    Infrastructure as Code
    using
    Terraform
    .
  • Ensure externalized application configuration and environment consistency.
  • Enable and maintain DevOps support tools including help chats, alerts, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and operations for streamlined delivery.
  • Uphold security, compliance, and governance standards in all pipelines and deployments.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

  • 17+ years
    of hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud operations.
  • Strong leadership experience in
    defining and governing DevOps processes
    .
  • Expertise in
    Java build pipelines
    and enterprise application deployments.
  • Proficiency with
    Docker
    and
    Kubernetes
    for container orchestration.
  • Deep experience in both
    AWS
    and
    Azure
    environments.
  • Advanced
    Terraform
    scripting for infrastructure provisioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    Jenkins
    pipeline creation and maintenance.
  • Experience managing
    external configuration
    strategies and tools.
  • Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in AWS / Azure / Kubernetes / Terraform.
  • Experience with GitOps and Configuration Management Tools (e.g., Ansible).
  • Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging (e.g., ELK stack).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and secure DevOps practices.
