Job Responsibility:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Hardware design engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving/ debugging skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Active involvement in all phases of an embedded product development (Requirement Analysis, Design, Implementation, Prototyping, Documentation, Testing and Regulatory Certification test)
  • Should be an expert in selecting components meeting cost, functionality, performance, regulatory and non-functional requirements.
  • Independently develop micro-controller and micro-processor-based designs with peripherals such as DDR, PCIe, Display, Audio, ADCs, DACs, storage, Ethernet PHYs etc
  • Good understanding of High-power designs – DC-DC, AC-DC designs; Analog designs, High speed designs
  • Proficient in drafting Schematics using CAD tools (e.g Cadence OrCAD, Altium Designer, DxDesigner etc)
  • Should be able to prepare the PCB layout guidelines and review the PCB layout using CAD tools (e.g Cadence Allegro, Altium, Xpedition PCB etc)
  • Perform board bring-up tests, functional tests, and pre-compliance screening tests for EMI/EMC/Safety etc at third party labs
  • Experience leading a team of Hardware Engineers.
