Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled
Hardware Engineer Lead
who can take
ownership of service operations and client servicing
. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge in
IT hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, biometrics, and other IT devices)
and the ability to manage the
IT team independently.

This role involves frequent client visits, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely service delivery. A good level of communication is essential in Kannada, English, basic Hindi to coordinate effectively with clients and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and service IT hardware devices (laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, biometrics, and other IT equipment).
  • Conduct field visits to client locations for installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
  • Report all the work and issues to Reporting manager.
  • Handle client requests, service complaints, and AMC support.
  • Maintain service records and provide timely updates to management.
  • Monitor and manage spare parts, tools, and servicing inventory.
  • Handle escalations and provide quick technical resolutions.
  • Team Handling is mandatory.

Requirements

Education:
Diploma or Graduate in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field (B.E./B.Tech preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:
Minimum 6+ years in IT hardware servicing.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Laptop & desktop servicing expertise.
  • Knowledge of printers, CCTV, biometrics, and IT peripherals.
  • Chip-level servicing knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Field Work: Willingness to travel regularly for on-site servicing.
  • Communication: Kannada, English, basic Hindi
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, client-handling skills, and ownership mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
