Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Education Tele caller to join our admissions outreach team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through course offerings, admission procedures, and resolving queries. Your role is pivotal in building trust and helping students make informed decisions about their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote academic programs
  • Handle inbound queries related to courses, fees, scholarships, and enrollment
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Provide clear and concise information about admission procedures and deadlines
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates
  • Stay updated on current academic offerings and institutional policies
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; diploma holders with strong communication skills may apply
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in education or customer service
  • Excellent verbal communication in English and Tamil; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently
  • Empathetic listener with a student-first approach
