We are looking for self-motivated and driven Academic Counsellors to generate admissions through telephonic and on ground counselling.

Open Positions

Academic Counsellor- Multiple positions

Location- Panchkula

The selected candidates will be trained on offered programs, counselling skills, and Lead management systems. After training you will be assigned to teams. A buddy will help you handle FAQs. Once training completes, you will counsel students over the phone.

Based on your performance, you will be allocated any of the two roles - Forms filling for admission or Admissions.

Skills required:

  • Experience - 0 to 2 Years
  • Education: Graduate
  • Inherent ability to have engaging conversations
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Good communications skills (English/Hindi) and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and ability to execute high velocity closures
  • Ability to work in low supervision but high ownership environment
  • Genuine interest in helping people succeed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹27,000.00 per month
