Job Role: Digital Marketing and Customer Success Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication skills [IMPORTANT]
- Speaking Skills: Malayalam, Telugu, or Hindi is an advantage.
- Proven experience in customer handling, sales, or digital marketing activities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, email communication, and online collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and be responsible for what you work around.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to understand the range and nuances of SeekaHost India's services and effectively communicate them to customers.
- Attention to detail and a focus on doing things the right way, every time.
