Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Sales Executive based in Bangalore. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, setting up client meetings, and successfully closing deals. This is an on-site position with a strong focus on relationship-building and delivering solutions that align with our vision of transforming healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients, set up meetings, and present Kayar Care's service offerings.
- Effectively manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve business goals while maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular reports on sales activities.
- Solve customer queries and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong Sales & Negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Languages to be known: English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good time management and organizational capabilities.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
- BBA, MBA, or related qualifications preferred.
