Junior / Senior Sourcing Sales Manager

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager

Location: Lodha Group

Role Objective

Drive sales strategy and business development for direct sales. Focus on new account acquisition, channel partner network expansion, and client relationship management. Lead and guide a small team to achieve revenue goals while representing Lodha as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Channel Partner Management

  • Generate and qualify leads via B2B & B2C calls.
  • Expand and manage Channel Partner (CP) networks.
  • Conduct CP engagement meetings and performance reviews.

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage customer lifecycle: inquiry site visit closure post-sales support.
  • Deliver product knowledge and effective presentations to prospects.
  • Support query resolution and ensure smooth customer experience.

Industry & Market Awareness

  • Track competitor pricing, construction activity, and market trends.
  • Network with peers and industry contacts to identify new opportunities.

Team Collaboration

  • Support sales managers in negotiations and deal closures.
  • Coordinate with Customer Care & other departments to ensure delivery excellence.

Process & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate sales records and SFDC updates.
  • Ensure adherence to Lodha policies, systems, and compliance standards.
