Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a reputed banking process (Yes Bank). This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals looking to build a career in banking customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally
  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services
  • Maintain high service quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a graduate (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willing to work in rotational day shifts and rotational weekly offs
  • Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates will be preferred
