Role Overview – HR Trainee

As an
HR Trainee
at Persevex, you will be an integral part of our people operations team, learning the full spectrum of human resource management in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement, while helping us build a strong and motivated workforce to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and performance review activities.
  • Learn HR compliance processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with different teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interest in HR and talent management, preferably with prior exposure through internships, projects, or coursework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
  • No formal degree requirement — skills, attitude, and passion for HR matter most

Compensation Structure

This role follows a structured pathway designed to prepare candidates for a full-time HR position.


• Internship (Mandatory):

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: ₹15,000/month

Objective: Build HR operational skills, understand company culture, and demonstrate potential for a permanent role.


• Full-Time Offer (Based on Performance):

CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
