Who We're Looking For

We're looking for
early-career professionals
who are passionate about marketing, ads, and content creation. You should have:

  • A relevant qualification, certification, or prior work/internship experience in marketing, branding, or content.
  • Willingness to work hands-on and adapt quickly in a startup environment.
  • Interest in wellness, food, or consumer brands is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Creative Development

  • Assist in scripting and developing ad concepts for Meta, Google, and other platforms.
  • Research trends and brainstorm creative angles for campaigns.
  • Coordinate with video editors and content creators for ad production.

Post-Purchase Experience

  • Help plan packaging inserts, product guides, and thank-you notes.
  • Draft copy and coordinate with designers for print and digital creatives.

Coordination & Project Management

  • Work with freelance designers, video editors, and UGC agencies.
  • Track creative project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.

What You'll Need

  • Degree/certification in marketing, mass communication, design, or related field — OR relevant internship/work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Good written and spoken communication in English (Hindi is a plus).
  • A proactive attitude and readiness to contribute to different creative tasks.
