Visual Designer Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Designer to create engaging visual stories across various digital, print, and event touchpoints. From social media to pitch decks, this role plays a crucial part in shaping our brand identity and ensuring design consistency across channels.

This is a flexible position that allows you to work remotely or from our office in Bangalore at CCD Square, Vittal Mallya Road.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create website content: Design and update landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives.
  • Social Media & Ad Creatives: Develop engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms.
  • Blog & Long-form Content: Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles.
  • Emails: Build visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates.
  • Print & Event Collateral: Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events.
  • Pitch Decks: Create sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations.
  • Video Editing & Motion Design: Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • The ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
