JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible to do a complete show around for clients visiting the resort for adhoc groups & events
- Have in-depth knowledge of our product and competitors
- Answer all calls within 3 rings
- All queries to be reverted within 12 hours of receiving
Specific Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating banquet sales contract / adhoc FIT contracts
- Ensure follow-ups are done in timely manner as per the dates
- Ensure all queries are responded within 12 hours of receiving
- Handling and converting Meetings, Incentives, Events & Conferencing
- Offering / suggesting best possible solution to clients as per requirement
- Assist in development and solicitation of Banquet and event plans and aimed at conference business and encourage repeat business
- Each month review the next 3 months availability to highlight high or low demand dates and take steps to minimize the risk of any shortfall or
- Ensuring all inquiries are recorded accurately as per the SOP
- Helping the resort to identify new avenues of business and bring in more banquet events to the resort
- Attending department and resort meetings whenever required
- Targeting key accounts potential for the company
- Responsible for sales calls, entertainment, trips, trade shows, per SOP
- Responsible for meeting individual and team targets
- To be aware of both individual and team targets
- Ensure all mapping sheets are up-to date for respective portfolios as per SOP
