Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive located in Satna. The Field Executive will be responsible for visiting local businesses, understanding their needs, and promoting Local Karo's digital solutions. Key tasks include building relationships with business owners, providing training on using our platform, and assisting in troubleshooting issues. The role also involves gathering feedback to help improve our services and contributing to local economic development by connecting businesses with the right talent.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-solving skills
  • Technical proficiency in using digital platforms and online tools
  • Knowledge of local market and business environment in Satna
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Experience with local businesses or startups is a plus
