to co-create curricula, align outcomes with industry requirements, and deliver classroom + practical training at the Chitrakoot campus.

• The University governs academic regulations and awards degrees/diplomas/certificates.
• ADUA manages skill-based training, industry guest sessions, airport/airline exposure visits, and placement mentoring.
• Joint oversight ensures compliance, quality, and academic rigor.

Role Description – Corporate Relations & Placement Officer

This is a
full-time on-site role
for
Corporate Relations & Placement Officer – Aviation Department
at Chitrakoot University. The officer will be responsible for building strong industry linkages, ensuring successful student placements, and organizing corporate engagement and training events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, airports, hospitality groups, and aviation service providers for student placements.
• Identify and generate internship, apprenticeship, and employment opportunities for students.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and industry networking sessions.
• Mentor students on interview preparation, resume writing, and professional etiquette.
• Plan and organize workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, and aviation-focused events.
• Collaborate with faculty and HOD (Training) to align training outcomes with placement needs.
• Ensure placement reports, student tracking, and employer feedback mechanisms are maintained.
• Represent the university in industry forums, CSR initiatives, and placement-related associations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience (5+ years preferred)
  in corporate relations, training & placement, or HR/industry liaisoning within aviation, hospitality, or service sectors.
• Strong industry network with airlines, airports, and aviation service providers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to design and execute placement strategies and student engagement events.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Aviation, Management, HR, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Placement Officer, Corporate Relations Manager, or similar role in higher education is an advantage.
