  • Key Responsibilities, For Team Member (TM):Prepare and serve food items as per Wow Momo SOPs
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the store and kitchen area
  • Take customer orders and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Assist in inventory handling and daily store upkeep
  • Follow safety, cleanliness, and grooming standards
  • Skills & Competencies ,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for food service and hospitality
  • Problem-solving attitude with team spirit
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends
  • Educational Qualification 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (depending on role)
  • Hotel Management or Food Service certification is a plus
