Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry or related field (education/CSR).
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new processes quickly.
