Role Descriptions

Rigger / Technician – Microwave & RAN

  • Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication equipment, antennas, and support structures.
  • Perform inspection, testing, and fault rectification of Microwave/UBR/eNodeB sites.
  • Commission and integrate Microwave, UBR, and RAN equipment.
  • Ensure safety compliance and efficiency in rigging and telecom operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certification in relevant technical fields.
  • Hands-on experience with Microwave, RF, and RAN equipment (Nokia, Huawei,Ericsson, Ceragon, NEC, Samsung).
  • Familiarity with spectrum/network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis & corrective action skills.
  • Knowledge of rigging techniques & safety standards.

Project Coordinator – Telecom Deployment

  • Supervise installation works & QA inspections of telecom equipment.
  • Support Installation Manager with planning, resource allocation & site activities.
  • Manage UBR links, installation, and verification activities.
  • Coordinate with field teams for issue resolution and ensure QA standards are met.
  • Prepare deployment reports and project status updates.

Requirements:

  • Prior telecom project coordination experience preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Skills & Proficiency (Technical Roles)

  • Deep technical knowledge of RF/Microwave systems (Transmitters, Receivers, Mixers, Amplifiers, PLL, Filters, etc.).
  • Testing, debugging & field trials of RF/Digital subsystems.
  • Proficiency with microwave test equipment (spectrum/network analyzers, oscilloscopes, DMM, etc.).
  • Experience in repair & maintenance of Microwave/RAN cards.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
