Job Description We are looking for an experienced Value Sales Manager to join our team at an IT Hardware Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team to drive value-based sales growth and profitability. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT hardware sales, a proven track record in sales management, and excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive value-based sales growth and profitability.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT hardware sales, with a minimum of 2 years in sales management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
