We are seeking an experienced and professional Female Telecaller Only to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to build strong client relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Explain products/services to customers clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with clients.
  • Keep accurate records of discussions and customer details.
  • Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Telecaller / Customer Service / Sales Calling.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (both spoken & written).
  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • Ability to work in day and night shifts as per requirement.
