Key Skills & Requirements:

  1. Zoho Accounting: Hands-on experience in Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite.
  2. MIS & Financial Reporting: Knowledge of MIS, EBITDA analysis, and month-end accounting closure.
  3. Expense Management: Accurate booking of prepaid and provision expenses.

  4. Taxation:

  5. Strong understanding of TDS (section-wise).

  6. Comprehensive GST knowledge including RCM, Import/Export, GST Refund, GSTR filing, and Annual Returns.

  7. Financial Statements: Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L, and related schedules.

  8. Audit & Compliance: Understanding of Audit Reports, Tax Audit requirements, and Transfer Pricing.
  9. Accounting Process: End-to-end knowledge of the accounting process from journal entries to final reporting.

Other Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to understand Hindi (optional)
  • Kannada knowledge (optional)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

About the Role:

The candidate will be responsible for managing internal accounts, ensuring timely closure of books, statutory compliance, and accurate financial reporting. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting fundamentals and experience in cloud-based accounting platforms like Zoho.

Educational Qualification:

  • CA Finalist or CA Final (preferred)
  • Strong academic record throughout academics
  • Proficiency in Zoho Accounting and Advanced Excel
