Role Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
    Application Support professional
    to join our
    Asset Management client
    . In this high-impact role, you will act as the service owner for
    key investment applications, including Aladdin, Bloomberg, and WSO
    , ensuring seamless support, service improvement, and operational excellence across
    global time zones
    .
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to
    resolve complex issues, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement in front-office systems
    . This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a blend of
    strong technical knowledge and stakeholder engagement experience
    within the asset management domain.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 7 - 14 Years
    in the
    financial services industry
    , with a strong focus on
    asset management technology
  • 5+ years of hands-on
    service management or application support in front-office environments
  • In-depth knowledge of Front office platforms such as
    Aladdin, Charles River, Bloomberg
    , etc.
  • Ability to
    troubleshoot application and trade-related issues
    using logs, queries, and MI tools
  • Familiarity with market data tools like Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters, EIKON
  • Exposure to
    ITIL practices
    and tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, CMDB
  • Strong understanding of the trade life cycle, FIX protocols, OMS/EMS platforms (Bloomberg, MarketAxess, TradeWeb)
  • Proven track record working with global stakeholders in agile, cross-functional setups
  • Deep understanding of investment workflows and front-office operations
  • Sound knowledge of financial instruments and global market regulations
  • Comfortable working across UK, Europe, APAC, and Americas time zones
