Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant Vice President of Finance and Accounts. The AVP Finance and Accounts will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including financial planning, financial statements preparation, and financial reporting. The role involves analytical tasks and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The AVP will also support the finance team and work closely with senior management to drive the company's financial strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Planning
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reports
- Strong Finance background with excellent Analytical Skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
- Chartered Accountant with 2 to 5 years of experience is desirable
