Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to spearhead sales for our
Background Verification (BGV) services
. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, proven expertise in
enterprise sales
, and the ability to build and expand C-level relationships across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for Background Verification services across sectors (IT, BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Startups, etc.).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build long-term relationships with HR, TA, Procurement, and Compliance leaders.
  • Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service excellence.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to refine go-to-market strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in
    sales/business development
    , with a strong preference for
    background verification, HRTech, staffing, or workforce solutions
    .
  • Demonstrated success in
    enterprise sales and key account management
    .
  • Strong understanding of BGV processes (education, employment, criminal, address, ID verification, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
