Brand Partnerships Manager
based in Saket
New Delhi,
The Brand Partnership Intern/Executive will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential brand partners, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting in campaign execution.
Daily responsibilities include researching prospective clients, preparing proposals and pitch decks, coordinating between internal teams and clients, and maintaining relationships to ensure smooth collaboration. The role also involves supporting post-sales activities such as campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and an interest in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and digital media.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of
1 year of experience in B2B sales
, preferably within the
influencer marketing industry
. - Candidates with prior experience in
client acquisition, brand partnerships, or agency sales
will be given preference. - A strong understanding of influencer marketing dynamics and campaign execution will be considered an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Initiate and maintain conversations with potential clients to understand their influencer marketing goals, requirements, and challenges.
- Conduct consultative discussions to propose relevant creator strategies and marketing solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and deliverables to maximize value.
- Track performance, analyze ROI, and optimise future partnerships.
- Collaborate with the ops team to propose tailored influencer marketing solutions for clients.
Requirements :-
- Proven track record in brand partnerships, business development, or marketing strategy.
- Manage the entire sales process — from identifying and nurturing leads to negotiating and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proactively identify new opportunities for business growth through strategic outreach and networking.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Passion for brands, consumer trends, and innovative collaborations.|
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client communications, and performance data.
- Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to the management team.
