  • Manage training programs for agency partners, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with partners to address performance gaps and provide feedback.
  • Analyze training effectiveness through metrics such as knowledge retention rates and sales improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (agency management, sales, etc.).
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products, sales strategies, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse audiences.
