Your Mission

Drive sustainable revenue growth across Pan India by forging strategic alliances, unlocking public sector opportunities, and elevating our brand as the region’s premier media partner.

Core Responsibilities1. Territory Monetization
- Generate minimum **₹1 Cr+ annual new business**within 12 months.
- Identify/convert opportunities in key sectors: _Government, Tourism, IT, FMCG, and Media and Entertainment_.

2. Strategic Leadership
- Develop & execute current year growth plan (with-in 90 days of onboarding) and a 3-year market expansion roadmap (presented within 6 months of onboarding).
- Lead high-stakes client negotiations ensuring 100% compliance with local regulations (GCC/India).

3. Brand Stewardship
- Uphold agency reputation as through flawless public sector engagements.
- Resolve escalations within 24 hours.

4. Operational Synergy
- Collaborate with HQ teams on project delivery (minimum 1% revenue oversight on assigned accounts).
- Attend critical meetings (virtual/in-person) with preparedness rate

≥95%.

- **Physical Presence**: Monthly in person visit to the closest operational city ( If Applicable)+ Quarterly HQ strategy summit (Noida).
- **Compliance Rigor**: Zero tolerance for legal/ethical breaches. Public sector dealings require documented transparency.
- **Strategy Deliverable**: Submit validated 3-Year Growth Plan by **Day 180**with KPI framework.

Ideal Profile
- **Proven Pedigree**: 8+ years in media/entertainment biz dev with GOV/PSU deal experience (India/GCC).
- **Network Capital**: Rolodex including L1 decision-makers at state entities & corporate ministries.
- **Legal Acumen**: Working knowledge of TENDER processes, FTA guidelines, and media regulations.
- **Entrepreneurial DNA**: Self-driven with ability to operate remotely across time zones.
- **Language Edge**: Fluency in English + any Indian regional language preferred
