Job Description

We're looking for a next-gen Al Designer who can blend creativity with cutting-edge Al tools to craft scroll-stopping visual content. If you're someone who's not only great at design but also knows how to prompt tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, and others to create smart, efficient, and visually compelling content-this one's for you.

This role is perfect for designers who are curious, tech-forward, and eager to redefine how performance creatives are made in a fast-paced agency setup.

Key Responsibilities

Use Al design tools to generate marketing-ready video creatives

Create statics and animated creatives using Al + traditional design workflows

Leverage ChatGPT and other Al models to generate creative concepts, scripts, prompts, and visuals

Collaborate with performance marketers to understand briefs and translate them into high-performing ads

Build daily creative outputs (5-7 creatives per day) using a mix of Al, manual design, and editing

Maintain brand aesthetics while experimenting with speed, automation, and creative scale

Stay on top of Al trends, tools, and innovations relevant to design and ad creation

What We're Looking For

Strong experience using Al tools for design and video (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Leonardo, etc.)

Solid design fundamentals - layout, color theory, typography

Proficiency in Adobe tools: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects

Excellent prompt engineering skills - crafting precise prompts for ChatGPT, image, and video generators

A portfolio that shows creative use of both Al-generated and self-designed content

Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-output performance marketing environment

Self-driven, Canvas, and always experimenting with what's next
