Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Associate, located in Kolkata. The Office Associate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, managing customer service interactions, assisting with accounting processes, and general office administration duties. The individual will work closely with team members to ensure smooth office operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Basic Accounting skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
