Role Summary

The Founders Office Associate will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting leadership across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys research, coordination, and problem-solving. The candidate will work closely with senior management to streamline workflows, manage projects, and support decision-making through data and process insights.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research & Analysis:

    Conduct comprehensive research on business requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities, and analyse data to derive actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  2. Project Coordination:

    Oversee project schedules, meetings, and timelines to ensure seamless execution, while tracking deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  3. Process Optimization:

    Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend effective improvements to enhance operational efficiency, supporting the rollout and adoption of new workflows, tools, and systems.
  4. Reporting & Documentation:

    Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review, and ensure all project documentation and standard operating procedures are maintained accurately and up to date.
  5. Communication & Collaboration:

    Develop clear and concise communication materials for internal use and foster effective cross-team collaboration to strengthen coordination and achieve desired outcomes.
  6. Leadership Support:

    Provide operational and analytical support to senior management in monitoring key initiatives and assist with special projects and other priority tasks as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or any relevant degree in Management, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Event Management or related field.
  • 1-2years of experience in operations, business analysis, or project coordination. Freshers with strong analytical and communication skills are welcome.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS- Power Point and Canva etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic business requirements.
