Job Title:

Freelance Research Physicist — Quantum Physics and Quantum Gravity

Job Purpose:

Lead the refinement of gravity-sensitive collapse-rate equations in the USCWF framework, ensuring dimensional consistency, physical validity, and integration of Penrose self-energy, dark energy density, and biological quantum interactions. Develop mathematical formulations applicable to lab-based quantum interferometry, microgravity coherence experiments, and biological decoherence systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Validate and refine collapse-rate formulations using gravitational potential, curvature, and Penrose ΔEG.

· Ensure dimensional consistency and theoretical rigor of all collapse equations.

· Integrate quantum-biological parameters (τc, V, γ) with gravitational and cosmological physics.

· Build falsifiable, testable predictions for interferometry, biological tunnelling, and microgravity coherence.

· Provide documentation, derivations, and reviewer-ready technical explanations.

· Support statistical modelling and sensitivity/power analysis for experimental design.

Tools to be Familiar:

· Mathematical: Mathematica, Maple, LaTeX

· Simulation: Python (QuTiP), MATLAB, NumPy/SciPy

· Statistical: R, Python, Bayesian inference frameworks

· Documentation: LaTeX, Overleaf, Jupyter

Required Experience

· Ph.D. (or postdoctoral experience) in Theoretical Physics, Quantum Gravity, Quantum Optics, or Mathematical Physics

· Demonstrated expertise in Penrose collapse theory, decoherence models, or quantumgravity coupling

· Experience with atom interferometry, collapse-rate theory, or quantum biology desirable

· Strong proficiency in mathematical modelling (LaTeX, Mathematica, Python)

· Publication experience in quantum gravity, collapse theories, or quantum biology

Required Knowledge/Skills

· Deep knowledge of gravitational models of wave-function collapse

· Familiarity with decoherence, dark energy, and metric-based formulations

· Ability to derive expressions using curvature tensors, ΔEG formalism

· Statistical modelling for falsifiability and sensitivity estimates

· Strong academic writing and documentation skills.
