**Role Introduction**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and implement research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
- Analyze B2B marketing trends to support campaign development and business growth strategies.
- Gather and interpret data on target audiences, buyer personas, and customer behaviors.
- Monitor competitor strategies, pricing models, and service offerings to provide strategic recommendations.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new services and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align research findings with promotional activities.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate research insights.
- Utilize AI-powered research tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software for data collection and interpretation.
- Stay updated with B2B marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in market research, marketing strategy, or business intelligence in a B2B setting.
- Strong knowledge of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced marketing environment.

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹280.00 - ₹312.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
