Position Overview

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for maintaining and updating logistics and billing data accurately in the company's systems. The role demands high attention to detail, discipline in documentation, and the ability to coordinate with warehouse, operations, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update daily transport and dispatch data in the system.
  • Prepare and maintain LR (Lorry Receipts), POD (Proof of Delivery), and invoice records.
  • Reconcile trip sheets, driver challans, and delivery documents.
  • Cross-check data entries with physical documents for accuracy.
  • Generate MIS and daily/weekly reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for order and billing verification.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and ensure timely completion of entries.
  • Assist in preparing credit notes, debit notes, and other supporting documents as required.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in logistics, transport, or warehouse data entry.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books preferred).
  • Strong typing speed with accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Telugu.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle high data volumes.
  • Work Timings: Full-time, 6 days a week.

  • Prior experience in logistics or fleet management data operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
  • Integrity, punctuality, and team coordination.

Compensation

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹19,000/month (depending on experience).
  • Performance-based incentives and annual bonus as per company policy.
