**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that data is accurately entered into the system without errors. They need to pay attention to detail and avoid making mistakes that could impact data quality.
- They must cross-check data for accuracy and completeness and ensure any missing information is marked and raised with the relevant team members.
- The responsibilities of the data entry operator include working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality standards at all times.
- They need to ensure that information is secure and that proper measures are in place to protect it from unauthorized access.
- Data entry operator job responsibilities also involve dealing with large sets of data, and therefore, the ability to work efficiently and effectively is vital.
- They must ensure that data entry is completed within the agreed timeline and that any delays are communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
