Urgent Opening for Virtual Assistant

Min 3Years of experience into Virtual Assistant

Minimum work experience should 3 years in an international BPO/KPO with at least 1yr as a virtual assistant

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid mode

Shifts : Rotational Shifts(US/UK)

Interview mode: Onsite

Working days : 5 Working days and 2 Week offs

Role Type: Permanent

Job Description:

  • Has at least 4-7 years of relevant work experience as a virtual assistant is a must
  • 2-3 Years of experience is considered at Executive level
  • Good communication skills with have proven ability in handling client/vendor calls and good email writing skills.
  • Responsible for Administrative Services, like calendar bookings, Travel & Expense, Reports, etc
  • Responsible for timely and accurate MIS reports on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Ability to prioritize items
  • Perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency, in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain operational documents and perform activities accordingly

Desired candidate profile:

  • Candidate should be a Graduate or a Postgraduate above 50% aggregate is a must
  • Candidates must have exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written). Please avoid sharing profiles with average communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Word, MS Office and Excel
  • Open to rotational shifts.
  • Minimum work experience should 3 years in an international BPO/KPO with at least 1yr as a virtual assistant
  • Any women candidates from Sabbatical is welcomed
  • Should have worked for a minimum period of 12 months as a Sr. Executive/ Sr. Associate/ Sr. Analyst
