Role & responsibilities

  1. Inventory & Stock Control Receive, store, and dispatch goods; keep accurate inventory records; conduct regular stock checks.
  2. Warehouse Operations Manage inbound and outbound shipments; ensure goods are stored safely; monitor loading/unloading work.
  3. Team Management – Assign tasks, train warehouse staff, and maintain discipline for smooth daily operations.
  4. Reporting & Coordination – Prepare activity reports; handle shipment and dispatch documents; work closely with purchase, sales, and transport teams.
  5. Safety & Compliance – Maintain warehouse cleanliness; follow safety rules; implement fire and security measures.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Have 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or store management (experience in the toy, FMCG, or manufacturing industry will be an advantage).
  2. Possess strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate warehouse staff.
  3. Are well-versed in inventory control, stock audits, and warehouse operations.
  4. Have working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel for reporting and stock tracking.
  5. Understand safety protocols and compliance requirements for warehouse operations.
  6. Are organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Possess good communication and coordination skills for working with multiple departments.
