- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Ensuring that the right amount of materials, goods, and products are stored in the right location.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensuring efficient space utilization and optimizing warehouse layout.
- Implementing and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
- Maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse, including cleanliness and organization.
- **Safety and Security**:

- Ensuring adherence to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
- Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
- Implementing and monitoring security measures to safeguard warehouse contents and personnel.
- Ensuring the safe and effective use of warehouse equipment.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching warehouse staff.
- Motivating and disciplining employees as needed.
- Planning work schedules, assigning tasks, and appraising results.
- Managing and leading a team to meet performance goals.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
- Communicating with other departments, such as procurement and customer service.
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
