We are hiring experienced Warehouse Manager for our upcoming warehouse at Chennai TN.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Monitor and control warehouse expenses to improve cost efficiency.
- Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to inventory and dispatch.
- Ensure ownership and accountability in warehouse operations.
- Align teams effectively to maintain standard operational rules.
- Follow up on standard rules and compliance.
- Demonstrate adaptability and scheduling capabilities.
- Maintain godown upkeep and hygiene habits.
- Conduct case counting and calculation.
- Manage PSV process and ensure accuracy in data entry.
- Uphold knowledge and implementation of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of inventory control techniques and logistics operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic Excel proficiency.
- High accuracy in data entry.
- Capability to manage a down-the-line team of approximately 20 members.
- Stability and ability to work extended hours if required.
- Residence proximity preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
