We are looking for an organized warehouse manager to supervise the receipt, dispatching and storage of merchandise in our warehouse. The warehouse manager will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation and administrative functions. You will oversee, train, evaluate and reward staff. You will ensure the maintenance of company assets.

Full job description

  • Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Monitor inventory movements and perform regular audits.
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Assign tasks and ensure productivity standards are met.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve warehouse operations and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for smooth logistics.
  • Plan and manage transportation and distribution processes.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout.
  • Ensure proper storage of goods to prevent damage and facilitate easy retrieval.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to inventory and operations.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
