Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the UK region.
  • Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals (CV-Library, Reed, Indeed UK, TotalJobs, etc.), referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical fit, communication skills, and availability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets and deliver high-quality profiles within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in UK IT recruitment (contract or permanent hiring).
  • Strong knowledge of UK work authorizations, hiring practices, and market trends.
  • Experience using ATS systems, CRM tools, and professional networking platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in agency or consulting environment preferred.

Good to Have:

  • Experience recruiting for roles in Cloud, Data, DevOps, Software Development, QA, and Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of UK time zones, tax terms (PAYE, Umbrella, Ltd.), and compliance processes.
