We are now seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter / Headhunter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven recruitment professional with a strong network in the healthcare sector who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment.

  • Manage end-to-end executive and senior-level healthcare recruitment assignments within the UK market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Candidates and clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, need to be strong both in verbal & written and be comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and assignments simultaneously.
  • A proactive, professional, and ethical approach to recruitment.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Hours of Operation Monday - Friday 11:30 AM/12:30 PM - 10/11 PM. (UK Shifts)
  • Work Location: Kukatpally Hyderabad
