Description
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Drive sales of Secured Business Loans (LAP / Mortgage Loans)
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
  • Identify new markets, customers, and sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, brokers, builders, and channel partners
Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives
  • Monitor daily sales activities and productivity
  • Provide regular coaching, motivation, and performance feedback
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Acquire high-quality customers through direct and indirect sourcing
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle
Credit & Process Management
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquency risk
Reporting & MIS
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
  • Track pipeline, disbursements, and conversions
  • Analyze performance trends and suggest corrective actions
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of Secured Business Loans / LAP products
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Team handling and leadership abilities
  • Market knowledge and local sourcing network
  • Result-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Experience
  • 4–7 years of experience in Secured Business Loans / LAP sales
  • Minimum 1–2 years in a team handling role
Preferred Background
  • Experience with NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance Companies
  • Strong DSA and channel partner network
