Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to customers on Creo software, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to configuration, data management, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for customer-facing services.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of technical solutions, knowledge base articles, and training materials for internal use by the service desk team.
  • Analyze complex problems using problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Job Requirements :

  • 5-8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Creo software administration.
  • Strong understanding of Creo Parametric modeling tools and ability to configure complex models accurately.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Experience working in an IT environment with exposure to various operating systems, hardware configurations, and network protocols.
