Title: Field Sales Executive
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of medical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers and other healthcare channels. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensure product availability and achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and approach potential customers including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers and other healthcare facilities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and negotiations to healthcare professionals and procurement departments.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, clinic managers, pharmacists and key decision-makers.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take steps to improve service quality.
- Gather market information on competitor activities, pricing strategies and product trends.
- Identify new market opportunities and report feedback to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and orders.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
- Stay updated on product specifications, benefits and usage.
- Educate customers and healthcare professionals on product advantages and application techniques.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, marketing and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical product sales or healthcare-related sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare industry sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Compensation: 15K to 25K + Sales Incentive
