Job Description – HR Executive (Only Female)

Role Overview

The HR Executive will support both corporate and showroom HR operations with responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, compliance, and employee engagement. The role will also include employee verification, uniform distribution, ID/Nameplate preparation, salary revisions, bonus calculations, leave encashment, and probation feedback. Additionally, the HR Executive will analyze competitor salary benchmarks, recruitment strategies, and hiring findings to reduce attrition and improve manpower planning. Regular showroom visits (mandatory as required) will ensure smooth HR operations and one-on-one engagement with employees.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and documentation.

Conduct employee background verification and reference checks before onboarding.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

Apply hiring insights and findings to improve recruitment quality and reduce attrition.

Attendance & Leave Management

Track daily attendance and leave applications.

Prepare attendance reports for payroll and management review.

Ensure accuracy and transparency in attendance records.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee queries and resolve grievances promptly.

Plan and conduct visits to showroom locations as required (mandatory visits included) for HR support and employee interaction.

Hold one-on-one discussions with employees to gather feedback and strengthen workplace culture.

Collect and report probation period feedback to management for timely decisions.

Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

Payroll, Compensation & Compliance

Assist in salary processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).

Support bonus calculations and maintain related documentation.

Prepare and update Salary Revision Reports for management.

Track competitor salary structures and recruitment strategies to support manpower planning.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in employee-related data.

Process leave encashment as per company policy.

Employee Welfare & Administration

Manage disbursement of new uniforms for male and female employees.

Ensure timely preparation and issuance of Employee ID cards and Nameplates.

Maintain proper HR documentation, employee files, and records.

Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.

Training & Development

Support training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.

Track participation and collect feedback.

Recruitment Sourcing & Strategy (Additional Responsibility)

Explore and utilize diverse recruitment channels: job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and more), social media, referrals, agencies, and professional networks.

Stay updated with latest industry sourcing trends.

Build relationships with recruitment partners and job portal representatives.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
