HR & Admin Executive

Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, HRMS).
- Handle payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
- Draft and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support talent management initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Address employee grievances and ensure disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate training & development programs.
Administration:
- Oversee office administration, facilities, housekeeping, and security.
- Manage vendor relationships (stationery, IT, travel, canteen, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations.
- Handle asset management, procurement, and inventory.
- Support management in planning and implementing administrative systems.
- Coordinate travel, events, and office logistics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
