About the Intenship

As an Inbound Sales and Lead Conversion Intern, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. You'll learn how to handle incoming calls, qualify leads, and guide prospects through the sales funnel — turning inquiries into happy clients.

This internship offers hands-on experience, professional training, and an opportunity to build valuable communication and sales skills in a real business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and messages from potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs
  • Follow up on leads to ensure timely conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize conversion strategies.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly conversion goals.
